Job Summary
The Quality& Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining hospital qualitystandards ensuring compliance with JCI/NABH guidelines and supporting smooth daily operations. The role includes developing SOPs managing documentationcoordinating audits tracking KPIs and driving process improvements. The executive conducts quality trainings supports incident reporting and CAPA and collaborates with all departments to enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update hospital SOPs policies and manuals.
Coordinate compliance activities for JCI NABH and internal audits.
Ensure documentation standards across all departments.
Monitor KPI dashboards and support process improvement initiatives.
Conduct quality training and sensitization sessions for staff.
Assist in incident reporting root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
Support accreditation preparation mock audits and quality rounds.
Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams for smooth operations.
Maintain and update MIS quality records and evaluation reports.
