This role will be critical in driving platform-level initiatives unlocking co-marketing opportunities and strengthening strategic alignment with key partners such as TikTok Shopee Lazada and emerging live-commerce platforms!
What Youll Do
- Lead and manage strategic partnerships with major e-commerce and social commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop Shopee Lazada).
- Develop and execute joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives with platform partners.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for platform-related issues including account violations livestream suspensions and policy disputes.
- Proactively manage and coordinate whitelist applications (e.g. restricted product categories livestream permissions advertising access) to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor platform policy updates and compliance requirements; provide internal guidance to reduce violation risks.
- Work cross-functionally with Account Management Sales Operations and Legal to ensure platform compliance and strategic alignment.
- Maintain strong relationships with platform KAMs and key stakeholders to strengthen negotiation leverage and response time.
- Track platform-level KPIs and identify growth opportunities across markets.
Who You Are
- Minimum 35 years of experience in platform partnerships e-commerce live commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social commerce ecosystems particularly TikTok Shop Shopee Lazada or similar platforms.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and external platform partners.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to translate insights into execution.
- Experience working in a fast-paced regional or multi-market environment is preferred.
- Prior experience working directly with platform companies or in partnership-facing roles.
- Familiarity with livestream commerce operations and performance metrics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is required; additional regional language capabilities will be a plus.
