Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily operations across Sales Warehouse Logistics/Transportation and Purchasing departments to ensure seamless workflow.

Develop implement and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

Manage operational challenges within the cold chain and food wholesale industry including handling emergencies and unexpected situations effectively.

Lead coach and manage teams to ensure company policies procedures and performance standards are consistently executed.

Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve business targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and operational regulations.
Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management or multi-department leadership.

Experience in food wholesale cold chain or logistics industry is highly preferred.

Strong leadership execution communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to remain calm decisive and effective under pressure.

Strong team player with a growth mindset and willingness to develop within the organization.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data management and operational tracking.

Salary Range: RM6k - RM10k
