Responsibilities:
- Outlet Operations Management Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence SOP compliance hygiene product quality sales performance manpower planning inventory control and customer service recovery.
- Sales & Performance Monitoring Set track and analyse sales targets identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions to improve outlet results.
- Team Leadership & HR Management Lead coach and develop outlet teams; support recruitment training performance management attendance and disciplinary matters in line with HR policies.
- Financial & Administrative Control Verify sales reports cash handling petty cash bank-ins licensing compliance and manage official correspondence with authorities.
- Purchasing & Inventory Management Ensure accurate purchasing stock control FIFO compliance monthly stock takes and cost management through proper inventory systems.
- Marketing Events & Facilities Coordination Support promotional campaigns and outlet events ensure operational readiness and follow up on facility audits and maintenance actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum STPM Diploma related hospitality certifications or equivalent in service hospitality or F&B is preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in the service hospitality or F&B industry preferably with experience in hotel operations or management.
- Experienced in cross-functional coordination (HR Finance Marketing Facilities)
