Minimum RequirementsRequired Qualifications / Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Organisational Psychology or related field.
Minimum 12-15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 8 years in senior/executive leadership roles
Extensive knowledge and expertise across all HR disciplines
Proven experience managing large organisations
Demonstrated success in leading and managing large HR teams
Technical Competencies
Expertise in HR data and reporting
Proficiency with enterprise HRIS platforms
Knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance MEIBC knowledge essential
Understanding of workforce planning and predictive analytics
Leadership Competencies
Strategic thinking and ability to execute strategic thinking into actionable outcomes
Business partnership and stakeholder management with the ability to influence at a senior level
High sense of initiative and judgment with a problem-solving mindset (creative thinker)
Ability to lead a team and positively influence to achieve results
Role model behaviour with a high level of integrity and ethics in leadership accountability
