Infrastructure & Capital Projects – Assistant Manager

As the Infrastructure & Capital Projects Assistant Manager you will play a key role in delivering highimpact infrastructure advisory engagements managing daytoday client delivery supporting engagement leadership and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

• Support senior team members in the delivery of infrastructure and capital projects engagements ensuring agreed deliverables are met
• Manage implementation of project outputs and track performance against service level agreements
• Identify and escalate delivery risks issues or dependencies in a timely manner
• Prepare highquality client proposals presentations and technical outputs
• Support planning and participation in sales presentations and client negotiations
• Collaborate across Deloitte service lines to identify opportunities for crossfunctional solutions and crossselling
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance client outcomes and service offerings
• Demonstrate industry focus across one or more infrastructure sectors (e.g. transport energy water social infrastructure)
• Support Deloitte quality risk and compliance processes including client onboarding

Engagement Leadership

• Manage daytoday workstreams on engagements
• Proactively identify client service technical or commercial issues and drive resolution
• Maintain regular engagement with clients to understand needs anticipate challenges and deliver value
• Communicate changes to engagement scope timelines or resourcing to senior stakeholders
• Provide clear and consistent updates to engagement teams on progress and milestones
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and external stakeholders

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Mathematics Actuarial Science Engineering or a related field
• MBA or relevant Masters degree is a definite advantage.

Experience 

• 3 - 5 years working experience in infrastructure finance development or project delivery gained within consulting and/or industry environments.
• Experience in infrastructure business case development
• Experience in financial modelling
• Experience in PPP and/or IPP procurement is advantageous
• Project finance exposure will be a strong advantage
