We are searching for the best talent for a Commercial Marketing Manager Americas.

Purpose: We are seeking extraordinary talent to join our J&J Heart Recovery US commercial marketing organization to help empower our field teams and healthcare providers to profoundly impact patients lives. Our unwavering commitment to excellence portfolio of cutting-edge technology and deep understanding of customer needs put us at the forefront of shaping the future of cardiovascular care.

As the Commercial Marketing Manager you will be instrumental in crafting and executing impactful commercial marketing strategies for J&J Heart Recoverys therapies and products throughout the U.S. You will be a part of a team that drives downstream marketing initiatives encompassing portfolio strategy new product launches messaging campaigns and collateral development. Your efforts will be informed by extensive collaboration across multiple functional areas including R&D finance corporate communications clinical marketing upstream marketing and the field sales work will propel patient access to J&J Heart Recoverys lifesaving solutions across multiple therapeutic areas and HCP stakeholders.

You will be responsible for:

  • Oversee US marketing strategy planning and execution for multiple product categories that may include disposable products and capital equipment including hardware software and services

  • Help launch new products and indications.

  • Work collaboratively with both internal and external cross functional teams i.e. digital communications graphic design upstream marketing to effectively design omni-channel messaging campaigns that support sales efforts through the creation of sales tools and effective omni-channel execution through digital/print/social

  • Identify barriers and opportunities for therapy adoption and effectively address them through marketing programs (e.g. customer-facing tools talk tracks internal playbooks etc).

  • Introduce and drive adoption for key messages clinical evidence and best practices to the commercial organization through regularly recurring field calls and quarterly/annual meetings

  • Showcase new products and messaging across various marketing channels including advertisements tradeshows and digital channels (web social media etc)

  • Build a deep understanding of target markets including technology and healthcare trends competitive dynamics unmet needs and regional factors.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of current literature emerging science technological developments and trends related to relevant therapies and competitive products.

  • Establish performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives making data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  • Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders industry partners and customers to enhance J&J Heart Recoverys brand reputation and market presence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience with at least 3 years of medical device sales/marketing experience ideally in the cardiovascular space

  • Preferred working knowledge of the heart failure market

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Embody J&J Heart Recoverys Patients First culture demonstrating a positive attitude open communication and team first mentality.

  • A thorough understanding of the medical device sales channel i.e. cath lab and surgical environment and sales rep to HCP interaction

  • Commitment to achieving goals and driving results. Proven track record of leveraging analytics customer insights and field feedback to develop and execute marketing strategies and tactical plans.

  • Strong business acumen related to proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook Teams PowerPoint and Excel

  • Experience interacting with cross functional teams including legal regulatory etc in. marketing collateral development and advertising and promotion approval processes

  • Innovative thinker embracing new ideas processes and technologies.

  • Ability to comfortably present to members of executive leadership team

  • Thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment managing multiple tasks effectively through prioritization and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills for a wide variety of audiences including sales & marketing leadership and customers.

  • Domestic travel up to >40%.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$114000.00 - $182850.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.


This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.


Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year

Caregiver Leave 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days

Volunteer Leave 32 hours per calendar year

Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours per calendar year
