Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Lead train and motivate a team to deliver top-tier guest service
Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards
Oversee inventory vendor relations and cost management
Analyze financial reports to optimize profitability
Create efficient staff schedules to enhance service & labor management
Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction
Participate in local marketing and community engagement efforts
Uphold brand standards and operational excellence

Restaurant Manager candidates must possess:

1 year restaurant management experience (QSR or high-volume preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules
Guest-focused and team-oriented
Understanding of restaurant financials including labor and food cost management
Passion for hospitality and providing top-tier customer service
Ability to work a 5-day workweek including nights and weekends as needed
