Position: Technical Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter with around 2 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating with candidates to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn and other channels
Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback
Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports

Requirements:

2 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT)
Good understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri LinkedIn)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools/ATS is a plus
