Job Description
- The HR Operations Manager for International Division will play a key role in managing and enhancing the employee lifecycle across multiple international geographies. The role involves overseeing HR operations payroll and compliance processes ensuring seamless onboarding and integration driving the performance management system and supporting the execution of strategic HR initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness across head office & diverse markets.
- This position demands strong process orientation cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to balance operational excellence with strategic HR delivery in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Induction & Integration
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires across head office and international locations ensuring a consistent and engaging induction experience.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to design and implement effective integration plans for new employees.
- Continuously enhance onboarding tools checklists and employee welcome materials aligned with internal standards.
2. HR Operations & Payroll Management
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including employee records management HR documentation and database accuracy in HRMS.
- Manage payroll processing in coordination with local partners and finance teams ensuring accuracy compliance and timeliness across countries.
- Maintain and update HR policies and ensure alignment with statutory and local regulatory requirements.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards employment laws and organizational policies in all HR transactions.
3. Performance Management System (PMS)
- Drive the annual and mid-year PMS cycle for the International Division ensuring timely goal setting review discussions and performance evaluations.
- Provide support to managers and employees in understanding performance frameworks and feedback mechanisms.
- Track completion status generate reports and highlight insights for leadership review.
4. HR Analytics and Reporting
- Maintain dashboards for headcount attrition payroll leave management and other key HR metrics.
- Generate monthly/quarterly reports for leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and propose improvements in people processes.
5. Strategic HR Projects
- Support and lead HR transformation and strategic projects such as system automation policy harmonization or cross-country process standardization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives related to engagement capability building and culture enhancement.
- Participate in benchmarking studies and contribute to continuous process improvement.
6. Employee Experience & Support
- Ensure smooth resolution of employee queries related to HR policies payroll benefits and other operational matters.
- Contribute to creating a positive employee experience through proactive communication and engagement touchpoints.
Education/Qualifications
- MBA / Postgraduate in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Additional certifications in HR analytics payroll or compliance will be an advantage.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR operations payroll management and compliance in a multi-country context.
- Understanding/ experience of working with HRMS systems
- Analytical mindset with strong reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across geographies.
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver with accuracy under tight timelines.
- High sense of integrity confidentiality and cultural awareness.
