Amazon Now is seeking a strategic senior marketing manager to architect and drive our end-to-end brand marketing strategy for Amazons fastest-growing vertical. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of brand excellence customer acquisition and business growth leading the transformation of how millions of customers perceive and engage with Amazons quick commerce offering. Key job responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Innovation
Own the complete brand marketing vision and execution strategy for Nows presence across all channels (ATL BTL digital retail experiential)
Drive innovation in brand positioning and integrated campaigns that directly impact brand awareness customer acquisition and business metrics
Develop scalable marketing frameworks that balance creative excellence strategic consistency and performance
2. Campaign & Operations Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams to execute high-impact brand marketing campaigns from conception to measurement
Establish best practices and operational frameworks for brand marketing at scale
Own end-to-end campaign operations from strategic planning and creative briefs to media execution and performance analysis
3. Business Impact & Brand Growth
Partner with business leaders to translate category strategy into compelling brand experiences
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure and optimize brand marketing impact on business outcomes
Drive brand partnerships sponsorships and collaboration strategies that accelerate growth and market penetration
- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7 years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
