Position: Quality Manager – Juice and Beverages
Location: Bhopal Madhya Pradesh
Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Reporting To: Plant Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality control and assurance for juice and beverage production as per company and regulatory standards
- Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) ISO 22000 HACCP and FSSAI standards
- Monitor quality of raw materials in-process production and finished beverage products
- Conduct regular quality audits process inspections and hygiene audits in the plant
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards specific to juice and beverage manufacturing
- Handle quality documentation batch records and compliance reports
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Handle customer complaints related to juice and beverage products and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with production maintenance and supply chain teams to maintain quality standards
- Lead and manage the quality team and ensure proper training and performance monitoring
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology Microbiology Biotechnology or related field
- 5–10 years of experience strictly in Juice and Beverages industry
- Strong knowledge of beverage processing quality systems and food safety standards
- Experience in beverage manufacturing plants is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in juice and beverage brands such as Parle Agro PepsiCo Coca-Cola Dabur or similar beverage companies
- Strong knowledge of beverage quality standards and plant quality operations
- Excellent leadership analytical and problem-solving skills
