Position: Account Manager
Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Mumbai
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who will take complete ownership of assigned accounts. This role requires managing client relationships overseeing project delivery driving account growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to clients while coordinating with internal teams to deliver value and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end management of assigned accounts acting as the single point of contact and trusted advisor for clients.
Understand client business objectives and align solutions to meet their needs ensuring overall account health satisfaction and retention.
Oversee planning execution and delivery of projects within assigned accounts ensuring timely on-budget and high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution and service delivery.
Monitor risks dependencies SLAs and contractual commitments; proactively address issues and manage escalations.
Drive account growth by identifying expansion upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Work closely with sales and leadership teams to support renewals contract negotiations revenue targets and account planning initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Account Manager in the IT or technology services sector.
Strong understanding of project management principles software delivery lifecycle and service operations.
Demonstrated experience in managing strategic client relationships and enterprise accounts.
Proven ability to drive account growth through renewals upselling and cross-selling.
Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational multitasking and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
