The Role
As a Senior Engineer (EUC) you will be technical expert responsible for delivering engineering excellence across one of more technology domains providing deep technical insight.

Day-to-day youll lead the design implementation and support of complex technology solutions ensuring high performance reliability and security.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their development and integration into the team
• Performing advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-impact technical issues
• Taking ownership of technical deliverables and alignment with architectural and strategic standards
• Contributing to technology roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining high-quality documentation and knowledge repositories to support operations excellence
• Providing expertise in End User Computing

Essential experience of the Senior Engineer (EUC):

• Strong previous experience in designing and supporting VDI solutions using Citrix Virtual Apps
• The ability to integrate VDI platforms with identity services conditional access policies and secure remote access solutions
• Previous experience automating software packaging compliance enforcement and telemetry-based remediation workflows
• In-depth knowledge of endpoint security controls including BitLocker Defender for Endpoint Application Control and Data Loss Prevention
• Previous experience with enterprise-wide device strategy across desktop laptop mobile and AV technologies
• Previous experience technically leading a team

Essential qualifications for the Senior Engineer (EUC):

• A degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience

This role is 37 hours per week based at any of our main UK locations. Shift patterns for this role are between 07:30 18:30 and you may be asked to work at specific times. You will be required to participate in an on-call rota.
