Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Residential Care Worker
Location: Leicester
Hourly Rate: 14.90 per hour
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: 45 per sleep-in
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: Young people aged 817 with EBD
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Childrens & Young Persons Workforce
The Home:
A childrens residential home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties providing a structured and supportive environment.
Number of beds: 4
Who we are looking for:
An experienced Senior Residential Care Worker who can support the day-to-day running of the home lead shifts and provide high-quality care to young people. You will be confident in managing behaviours supporting care plans and acting as a role model for junior staff.

You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent).
Candidates with only HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.
You require sponsorship no sponsorship available.
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
