Context
We are looking for a Systems Architecture lead for a Major Project in Ontario.
Missions/Main Duties
- Define and maintain the SRS system architecture and decomposition (subsystems interfaces boundaries);
- develop and own system architecture artefacts (architecture descriptions block diagrams interface views);
- ensure alignment of architecture with requirements operations concepts and staging strategies;
- work with discipline leads to manage architectural changes and impacts;
- support Systems Engineering Manager in design integration trade-offs and decision-making.
Profile/Skills
- University degree in Engineering (Systems Electrical Mechanical Software or similar);
- 12 years experience in systems architecture and integration for rail / transit or complex infrastructure projects;
- strong knowledge of systems engineering practices interface management and CENELEC / relevant standards;
- demonstrated experience producing and managing system architecture models
- interface control documents and concept of operations.
- INCOSE systems engineering certification (ASEP/CSEP/ESEP) considered an asset
- P. Eng considered an asset
