Job Description:
We are hiring a detail oriented Back Office Executive to manage data operations maintain computer systems and support smooth production workflows in our mechanical equipment division. Youll ensure system reliability solve technical issues and optimize processes for productivity in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate computers to input process and manage data from production schedules orders and inventory for mechanical products like pumps valves and compressors.
Determine operational sequences by analyzing production schedules and coordinating with sales manufacturing and service teams user query.
Monitor and manage computer systems to ensure smooth secure performance; troubleshoot software/hardware issues to minimize disruptions.
Identify system improvements for better performance such as optimizing databases for equipment tracking or inventory control.
Handle administrative tasks including data entry documentation filing and report generation using MS Office and CRM tools.
Process customer inquiries orders and complaints related to mechanical equipment; maintain accurate records and databases.
Support inventory management order processing and basic market research on industry trends.
Coordinate office supplies schedule meetings and assist front-office/sales teams as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical is required.
1 to 3 years of back office experience ideally in mechanical equipment manufacturing or dealerships (pumps/valves/compressors/gear boxes/heat exchangers).
Proficiency in computer operations MS Excel/Office CRM software and basic hardware troubleshooting.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and problem-solving abilities for system optimization.
Knowledge of production scheduling and data management in industrial settings.
Excellent communication skills; ability to work in teams.
Willingness to adapt to industry-specific tools and processes.
Salary: Commensurate with qualifications experience and market standards.
Location: Ahmedabad (office based with minimal travel)
Experience:13 years in back office operations data management or administrative roles
Industry Preference:Pumps Valves Compressors Gear Boxes Heat Exchangers or Mechanical Equipment(Experience at a Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer is preferred)
