Job Summary
Profile:Digital & B2B Executive-Textile-Sachin-25K
Experience:

Minimum 1-2years in Textile Industry

Experience in client coordination and order handling preferred
Salary Range: 22k - 25k
Roles:
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
-
Coordinate with clients via calls & WhatsApp for orders designs & follow-ups
-
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
-
Understand and communicate client requirements clearly
Order Processing & Internal Coordination
-
Handle complete order processing cycle
-
Coordinate with Production Department for design execution & timelines
-
Coordinate with Dispatch Department for timely deliveries
-
Provide regular order status updates to clients
Design & Data Management
-
Maintain and update design photos properly
-
Organize design files in mobile & PC systems for easy retrieval
Digital Presence & Online Inquiry Handling
-
Manage WhatsApp Business & digital catalogs
-
Respond to online inquiries (Instagram Facebook etc.) promptly and share product details
-
Handle B2B sales inquiries from IndiaMART Google Just Dial & ExportersIndia and convert them into confirmed orders.
Client Data Management

Maintain updated client database (contacts order history preferences)
Qualification:

Graduate preferred
-
Textile background (Most preferrable if not then can search for other candidates)

Basic computer knowledge required
