Senior Business Development Executive (RPO & Recruitment Solutions)
Location: Regus Business Centre Kompally Hyderabad
Experience: 3-4 Years in Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing Industry
Reports To: Managing Partner
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and consultative Senior Business
Development Executive to drive RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing)
partnerships and Permanent Recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate
should have strong field-sales experience in the recruitment industry
and be confident in meeting clients face-to-face to build long-term
hiring partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and close new business opportunities in RPO and Permanent
Recruitment services.
- Conduct a minimum 4 in-person client meetings per month.
- Schedule and lead discovery calls with HR Heads Founders and CXOs.
- Identify hiring challenges and position RPO as a strategic solution.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and commercial models.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and revenue forecast.
- Collaborate with delivery team to ensure smooth mandate execution.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Minimum 4 physical client meetings per month.
- 12-16 qualified discovery calls per month.
- 8 proposal presentations per month.
- Closure of at least 1 RPO deal every month and 2 Permanent
recruitment services deals.
- Monthly revenue target as assigned.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of RPO Permanent Recruitment and C2H models.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term strategic client partnerships.
- Self-driven target-oriented and field-sales focused.
- Should be good in MS office
