Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Commercial CSR to join a team. This role is integral to operations focusing on managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts ranging from small to large businesses. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial and personal lines exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60000 - $100000 annually commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts handling policies of varying sizes.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
- Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in commercial and personal lines insurance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
