The role Te mahi
We have three exciting opportunities available (2 permanent 1 fixed term) for highly organised administrators to provide administrative services to the Division of these key roles you will support teaching staff and students across:
Politics - School of Social Sciences.
English and Linguistics - School of Arts.
Te Tumu - School of Māori Pacific & Indigenous Studies.
Responsibilities include:
Managing enquiries.
Supporting teaching activities and events.
Coordinating meetings and minute-taking.
Maintaining office systems and supplies.
Completing financial tasks such as reimbursements and invoicing.

We have two full time (37.5 hours) permanent positions and one full time (37.5 hours) fixed term (Until April 2027) position located in Ōtepoti Dunedin.
The appointment range for this role is $63508 to $68185. Top of Range $73640.

The Administrator function includes Kaiwhakahaere Tari positions which support the implementation of our Māori Strategic Framework and the Universitys commitment to the success of Māori students and staff.
