About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Head Hunter to join our Talent Acquisition this role you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality candidates for our global clients with a specific focus on US and Canadian recruitment/headhunting. Youll play a key role in helping companies grow by identifying top talent and driving efficient placements across various industries and job functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn job boards Boolean search techniques and internal tools
* Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate profiles
* Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
* Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements
* Manage multiple open roles and maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM
Requirements
* Must have 3 years of experience in US and Canadian recruitment/headhunting
* Strong sourcing skills and excellent communication abilities
* Proficiency in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter job portals and Boolean search
* Ability to work independently and achieve sourcing KPIs
* Solid understanding of remote work dynamics and global talent markets
