Shape pricing strategies packaging combinations and messaging frameworks that resonate with diverse market segments.
Work closely with Product and Marketing teams to ensure the go-to-market approach aligns seamlessly with product evolution and brand positioning.
Establish meaningful collaborations with ecosystem players in e-commerce accounting and payments to widen reach and introduce new revenue channels.
Set commercial KPIs and ensure consistent delivery against sales renewal and expansion goals.
Provide data-backed insights forecasts and strategic direction to senior leadership for continuous commercial acceleration.
What Makes You a Great Fit
A minimum of 5 years in senior commercial or growth roles within SaaS ideally across fintech integrations accounting tech or e-commerce solutions.
Proven capability in scaling SaaS products and taking them from early launch to global adoption.
Strong understanding of diverse SaaS motions including enterprise sales channel partnerships and self-serve models.
Ability to lead both direct and partner-led sales functions across international markets.
Solid understanding of payment systems gateway providers and compliance aspects relevant to SaaS environments.
Highly analytical with a strong command of data-driven planning forecasting and performance evaluation.
A natural leader who can inspire teams foster collaboration and build a high-performance culture.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong English proficiency; exposure to Nordic markets will be a plus.
Familiarity with common e-commerce platforms accounting integrations and payment gateways adds to your advantage.
