Job Title: National sales manager Record
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial sales organization to increase market share with product and solution offering.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly OI and sales revenue target.
- Expand dealer and door plant channel network in targeted cities and areas
- Administration and commercial steering of the sales team.
- Management of national dealer network.
- Develop projects in transportation segment incl. airport train station etc.
- Develop after-sales market by selling components and service contracts
- Commercial business strategy development for short term and long term
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Able to handle work stress positively.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive the business forward.
- Ability to effectively lead motivate and develop team members.
- Able to work within a diversified team and contribute positively.
- Sensitive to numbers and different aspects of the business dynamics.
- At least working experience of over 10 years at commercial project business.
- At least over 10 years at a multi-national company.
Special Competencies required:
Language ability: Fluent in English & Chinese both written and verbal.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
