Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote life insurance products.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales over the phone.
- Handle customer queries and provide detailed information about insurance products.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure high conversion rates.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Work closely with the team and report daily sales updates to the phone banking/phonemanager/VRM.
