As a Telesales Executive you will be the voice of Khushi Agro Pvt. Ltd. engaging with potential clients and educating them about our offerings. Your efforts will not only boost sales but also foster long-term relationships with clients making a tangible impact on the agricultural sector in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote agricultural products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective sales techniques.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and share market insights.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive ongoing improvements in sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections with a positive attitude.
  • High level of self-motivation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of agricultural products and their applications is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Compensation

per month based on interview and experience.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
