RoleSummary:
The InventoryControlManageris responsibleformonitoringand reportingon our companys inventory levels per Service Level agreement with our clients. Thisrolewillbe responsible formanaging inventory tracking systems reviewing levels of supplies and performing a daily analysis to partner with operations to improve inventory measures.
PrincipalResponsibilities:

Maintains inventory data integrity and tracks accuracy of inventory.
Research rootcauseof inventory discrepancies by extracting data and using supplier inventory data.
Evaluates data and metrics to improve inventory control and operational procedures.
Designs implements tests internal controls documentation reporting training systems and solutions to drive inventory accuracy.
Establishes partnership withclientand operations to build inventory accuracy.
Develops andmaintainscycle counts activities/annual count by leading counting activities variancereportingand reconciliation of counting cycle
Challenges the status quo by developing and recommending modification to existing processes and methodologies with a constant focus on continuous improvement
Develops manages and implements weekly analysis reporting
Ensurescompliance with Health and Safety procedures and practices.
Supervises of all direct and indirect staff

Skills and Competencies:

This is a management position. Bachelors degree or equivalentrequired. Exceptional interpersonal analytical problem-solving and communication skillsrequired. Generallyprefer3-5years of related supervisory or management with inventory management software and forecasting and communication with all levels of internal and external customersstrongly and inventory management certificationa plus.
