The OpportunityThis role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a defined territory and drive capital equipment sales in a fast-paced high-growth medical aesthetics environment. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing strategic relationships executing consultative sales processes and consistently exceeding revenue targets.The position is ideal for a motivated results-driven sales professional who thrives in autonomy excels at relationship-building and is energized by high earnings potential and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and customer presentations
- Establish and maintain relationships with plastic surgeons physicians and medical decision-makers
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding training and post-sale support
- Provide market feedback competitive insights and customer intelligence to support business strategy
Qualifications- Proven success in capital equipment sales; experience in medical or aesthetic industries preferred
- Strong understanding of ROI-based and consultative selling methodologies
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Track record of sales recognition such as Presidents Club Rookie of the Year or similar honors
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory and manage a demanding schedule
- Bachelors degree in business or a related field preferred
- Experience selling to plastic surgeons or physicians is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $75000 $80000
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to $250000 based on performance
- Eligibility for equity/stock incentive programs
- Profit-sharing bonus opportunities
