Job Summary

Our client a leading IT firm is looking to hire a Head of Sales Enterprise Cybersecurity and Cloud solutions. As the Head Sales of Enterprise Cybersecurity and Cloud Solutions you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth market penetration and customer satisfaction for our organizations cybersecurity and cloud services. This leadership position requires a deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and cloud technologies excellent sales management skills and a strategic approach to business development. You will be responsible for overseeing the sales team setting and achieving revenue targets and ensuring the successful delivery of cybersecurity and cloud solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy and business plan for the cybersecurity and cloud solutions division.
Set annual quarterly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify new market opportunities and target customer segments to expand the client base.

Team Leadership and Management:
Recruit train and manage a high-performing sales team.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture within the organization.

Customer Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders.
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client needs resolving issues and providing top-notch support.

Product and Service Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity and cloud technologies to provide informed guidance to clients.
Work closely with the technical teams to understand the companys offerings and ensure effective communication with clients.

Sales Performance Analysis:
Regularly analyze sales performance data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the sales process and increase efficiency.

Financial Management:
Manage the divisions budget expenses and revenue ensuring profitability and cost control.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Business Development:
Identify new revenue streams strategic partnerships and expansion opportunities.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.

Compliance and Legal:
Ensure that all sales activities comply with industry regulations and legal requirements


Requirements


Bachelors degree/equivalent in Business Administration Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field (Masters degree a plus).
6 years experience in strategic Sales roles in IT/Software Telecoms or relevant industries.
Proven experience in sales leadership with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets..
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud solutions as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Leadership team management and coaching skills.
Proficiency in sales management software and CRM systems.
Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
