Deep proficiency in Java with hands-on experience in building scalable high-performance Online APIs using microservices architecture.
Known for a get-things-done mindsetable to break down complex problems align teams and deliver high-quality solutions on time even in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.

How You Will Contribute:

Lead strategic modernization efforts transitioning legacy systems to scalable cloud-native microservices.
Collaborate with global teams to define and execute the Online Cloud roadmap ensuring architectural consistency and operational excellence.
Provide technical leadership and oversight across multiple agile teams ensuring delivery of high-quality business-critical solutions.
Champion engineering best practices including CI/CD automated testing and DevOps principles.
Drive talent development performance management and team capacity planning.
Foster a culture of innovation accountability and continuous improvement.
Leads by example fostering a culture of continuous learning code quality and cross-functional collaboration. Experienced in guiding junior engineers and aligning technical direction with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

12 years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated success in leading cloud migration and modernization programs.
Expertise in Java GCP microservices and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.

Experience with AI and LLMs.
Familiarity with PCI SOX security compliance and performance optimization in cloud environments.
Proven ability to assess develop and retain top engineering talent.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
