As a Senior Manager of Engineering at QAD you will be responsible for leading multiple agile teams and Engineering Managers driving execution excellence while shaping technical solutions for enterprisescale platforms. The Mission:
What Youll Be Building You will lead teams delivering key capabilities across QADs intelligent adaptive platform including cloudnative services APIs and AIenabled workflows supporting global manufacturing customers. Track Lead for Agentic AI defining the Semantic Moat that differentiates QADs manufacturing intelligence platform.
Your Impact/ What you will be doing:
Define Knowledge Graph and Domain Ontology strategies for manufacturing-specific AI reasoning
Architect the Agentic Platform: Orchestrator Reasoning Engine Agent Runtime Memory and LLM Gateway
Translate cutting-edge AI research into production-grade engineering deliverables
Lead two teams Intelligence/Semantic and Agentic Platform EMs and Principal Engineers
Hire top-tier AI engineers in India you know where they are and what it takes to attract them
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years in software engineering with at least 5 years leading AI/ML or platform teams
- Has shipped at least one production LLM or agentic system with real SLOs not a prototype
- Deep familiarity with agentic frameworks: LangGraph AutoGen or equivalent
- Experience managing P6-level AI engineers technically credible not just a delivery manager
- Manufacturing or ERP domain knowledge
- Experience building RAG pipelines with domain-specific ontologies at scale
