Role Overview
We are looking for a Video Executive who can own end-to-end video production from ideation to final output for performance marketing brand campaigns and social media.
This role requires strong storytelling editing expertise and a performance-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
- Edit high-performing short-form ads (Meta YouTube Instagram Reels)
- Create testimonial videos doctor explainers transformation stories
- Execute hooks retention edits and fast-paced ad formats
- Add motion graphics captions sound design and transitions
Creative Strategy Support
- Contribute to ad concepts and hook variations
- Understand audience psychology
- Collaborate with content writers & performance team for A/B testing
Asset & Shoot Management
- Handle raw footage organize project files
- Coordinate with shoot teams photographers and freelancers
- Ensure quick turnaround during campaign bursts
Required Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects & Illustrator
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives
- Ability to create thumb-stopping hooks in first 3 seconds
- Knowledge of basic color grading & sound mixing
- Experience with AI tools for video generation is a plus
Experience
- 24 years in video editing / performance marketing
- Experience in D2C health wellness or consumer brands preferred
