Qualifications and Skills
- A university degree ideally in technical communication or a related subject such as languages translation or communication studies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (first language-proficiency level)

Work Experience
- At least 3 years' professional experience in user assistance / technical writing preferably in the software- / IT-industry
- Experience of working with a DITA-based content management system
