Koniag IT Systems LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Operations Officer- Mission Support with an active TS/SCI security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Falls Church VA. Although contractor-executed this role functions as an FTE-equivalent Operations Officer ensuring unity of effort across Government and contractor :Bachelors degree in Operations Management Military Studies National Security or related field.79 years (Mid) or 10 years (Senior) experience in DoD operations planning program execution or mission coordination ability to operate in complex multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities. - Experience establishing and managing project schedules execution tracking and risk leadership presence with the ability to translate senior intent into executable written and verbal communication skills including briefing senior Government leadership. Responsibilities: Direct and synchronize daily program operations across functional and manage program battle rhythm stand-ups and execution reviews. Translate leadership intent into actionable tasking and track and mitigate operational risks and execution issues.
