Job Description: IT Support at Charter Construction
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing technical support to all employees within the organization troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems networks printers and other IT equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting in IT projects such as system upgrades and migrations
- Managing user accounts and access permissions
- Training employees on basic IT functions and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Relevant certification or degree in IT or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software problems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role
