Job Summary
Job Description: Technical Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers regarding insulation systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to insulation products
- Assist customers with product installation and maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions for customer inquiries
- Document and track customer interactions and technical solutions
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of insulation systems and building materials
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a similar role
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $87000 - $100000 per year (USD)
