We are seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience and is someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires basic knowledge of labor laws strong coordination skills and the ability to effectively manage vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with People Managers to proactively forecast future hiring needs ensuring a sustainable talent pipeline for Business Development Executives (BDEs)
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires specifically ensuring a seamless transition and cultural integration for new BDEs
Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with external recruitment agencies and specialized vendors to optimize hiring efficiency
Act as the primary advisor and go-to partner for managers regarding the performance development and management of their BDE teams
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aimed at boosting morale and reducing attrition through data-driven preventive strategies
Serve as a reliable solution provider and first point of contact for employee queries concerns and formal grievances ensuring fair and timely resolution
Maintain and manage comprehensive HR dashboards to track key metrics such as engagement levels retention rates and workforce demographics
Oversee the accuracy and confidentiality of employee documentation and digital records in strict accordance with company policies and procedural standards
Stay current with evolving labor laws and regional regulations to ensure 100% compliance in all HR-related activities and audits
Support cross-functional HR initiatives and special projects as required contributing to the overall success and evolution of the People team
Required Qualifications:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office applications particularly Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
