You are looking for an experienced HR IT Specialist with at least 8 years managing HRMS platforms particularly Oracle and PeopleSoft. The role involves overseeing the HR technology infrastructure ensuring smooth operations and supporting HR processes with effective IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain HRMS platforms (Oracle PeopleSoft)
Support HR workflows through system configuration troubleshooting and upgrades
Collaborate with HR and IT teams on deploying new modules and features
Ensure data integrity security and compliance
Provide training and support to end-users
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
8 years of proven experience in HRMS management with strong Oracle/PeopleSoft expertise
