THE ROLE
In this role you will be instrumental inidentifyingand qualifying new business opportunities within the Banking andPaymentsindustrieswith a specific focus on existing knowledge of the industry you will use your outstanding communication and organisationalskills alongside your drive and ambitionto buildamazing relationships withsome of the worlds largest Financial Institutionsand most excitingFinTechs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Generation:Build and execute multi-channel outbound sequences (email phone LinkedIn) using sales engagement platforms to proactivelyidentifysalesopportunities.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct structuredqualificationcalls to assess ICP fit buying intent and key qualification criteriafor both inbound andoutboundleads.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships withmultiple buying personas atFinancialInstitutionsandFinTechs understanding their needs andtailoring your presentation ofForm3s solutionsaccordingly.
- Sales Pipeline Management:Maintainaccuraterecords of activity qualification notes and pipeline metrics in Salesforce and engagement tools.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trendsandcompetitor activitiesto ensure alignment to Form3sstrategyandidentifypossiblemarketopportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely withour Sales andMarketing teams torefine messaging targeting and pipeline strategy.
WERE LOOKINGFOR
- 1-2years experienceinsalesdevelopmentbusiness developmentpositionor similar pipeline-generation role within B2B(Fintech/payments experience preferred)
- Proventrack recordof qualifying inbound leads and generating outbound sales qualified opportunities (SQOs)
- Experienceofhigh value low volumebusiness development practices.
- Hands-on experience using sales engagement platforms (e.g. OutreachSalesloft Apollo) to build and manage sequences and cadences.
- Strongmulti-channel prospecting skills including emailLinkedInand cold calling.
- Understanding of theFinancialServices landscape including payments banking andFinTechdesirable.
- Proven ability to build andmaintainrelationships with key stakeholders.
- Proficient in Salesforce (or similar CRM) with disciplined activity tracking and opportunity handover
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and results-driven attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Process-orientedwhilst being able to think critically toidentifyinefficienciesandsolveproblems.
- Flexibleadaptableand able to thrive within a fast-paced and quickly evolving environment.
THE TEAM
This role sits within Form3s newly established Global Commercial Operations team and reports directly into theHead of Commercial Operations. As a key member of thissmall butcollaborativeteam you willwork closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to build pipelines driving Form3s future revenue growth!
