Job Description: Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage projects related to both Urgent Care and Family Medicine services at Immediate Medical Care.
- Develop project plans goals timelines and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor project progress identify any issues and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project updates milestones and challenges to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage resources effectively to meet project objectives within the specified timeframes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration Business Administration or Project Management.
- Proven experience in project management preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members stakeholders and vendors.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management.
- Experience in healthcare project management or working in an urgent care environment is a plus.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $75000 to $98000 per year.
