Job Summary
Job Description: Business Analyst
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement
- Develop detailed business requirements based on stakeholder input
- Create process maps and flowcharts to depict current and future state processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for business decision-making
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes and provide post-implementation support
- Regularly monitor and report on project progress to key stakeholders
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
- Proven experience in business analysis or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite
Desired Experience:
- 1 year of experience in business analysis or a similar role
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $90000 to $120000 annually depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health insurance paid time off retirement savings plans and professional development opportunities.
