Job Summary
Job Description: Business Analyst at Insulation Systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to understand business processes operations and objectives
- Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and profitability
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Create detailed business analysis reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions
- Provide ongoing support and training to users
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in various business analysis tools and methodologies
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business analysis
- Experience working in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems and process improvement techniques
Salary & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is between $75000 to $120000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. The benefits package includes health insurance paid time off retirement savings plan and opportunities for professional development.
