Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Immediate Medical Care. As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in supporting our urgent care and family medicine services by providing valuable insights and analysis.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement.
Create detailed business requirement documents and translate them into functional specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives and projects.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the success of business operations.
Provide data-driven recommendations to drive business decisions and strategic planning.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Support the continuous improvement of systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the ongoing success of the organization.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance or related field.
Proven experience in business analysis data analysis or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Experience:

1 year of experience in a business analyst or similar role.
Experience in the healthcare industry or related field is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $79000 to $110000 annually depending on qualifications and addition we offer competitive benefits package including health insurance paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
