Be the first point of contact for guests delivering a warm welcome smooth arrivals and departures and exceptional service at Graduate by Hilton Cambridge.
This position is ideal for someone looking for additional hours in a friendly supportive environment. It would suit anyone with another part-time role who would like to top up their weekly income.
We currently offer 8 hours per week with the opportunity to increase up to 20 hours depending on our business needs. If youre reliable hands-on and enjoy being part of a positive and welcoming team wed love to hear from you.

The Role
Based at the beautiful Graduate Cambridge by Hilton right on the River Cam in the heart of the historic city the Day Porter plays a key role in supporting the Front Office and wider hotel team to ensure the smooth running of daytime operations.
As a Guest Service Assistant you will often be the first point of contact for our guests offering a warm and professional welcome. Your duties will include assisting guests with luggage guiding them to their rooms delivering amenities supporting with room moves and responding promptly to guest requests. You will also assist the Reception and Housekeeping teams as needed help maintain public areas and ensure the hotel presents a clean safe and welcoming environment at all times.
This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive and friendly individual who enjoys engaging with guests and being part of a supportive team. Your contribution will help ensure every guest feels valued and well looked after throughout their stay.
