The Role
As Site Assistant you will support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the premises.
Key responsibilities include:
Opening and closing the school site
Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance tasks
Assisting with health and safety checks and compliance
Supporting with room setups for exams and school events
Maintaining outdoor areas and general site cleanliness
Responding to site issues and assisting with contractor supervision
This role requires someone who is practical organised and able to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in maintenance caretaking or facilities
Basic DIY and repair skills
Good understanding of health and safety practices
Strong reliability and punctuality
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
