Job Summary

Job Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:

* Financial Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational
goals.
Lead the annual budgeting process with department heads.
Monitor financial performance and present reports to leadership and the
board.

* Financial Management & Compliance
Oversee accounting budgeting financial reporting and audits.
Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and accounting standards.
Maintain strong relationships with auditors and financial institutions.

* Risk Management & Internal Controls
Identify and mitigate financial risks.
Implement robust internal controls and financial safeguards.
Grant Management & Donor Reporting
Manage financial aspects of grants and donor contracts.
Coordinate with program teams for accurate and timely donor reporting.

*Financial Sustainability & Growth
Develop strategies for long-term financial sustainability and revenue
diversification.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the finance team.
Build a culture of accountability excellence and continuous
improvement.
