ACLU of Georgia welcomes interns each spring summer and fall across legal policy communications community engagement and voter access teams. We accept students at all levels including high school undergraduate graduate and post-graduate.
We are currently accepting applications for the Summer 2026 term running approximately May 27 through August 14 2026. Dates may vary based on department needs and academic schedules. Schedules will be coordinated directly with each interns supervisor.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis so early submission is encouraged. The priority deadline is March 20 2026. Due to the expected volume of applications we may close the posting earlier if needed.
All applicants must submit a resume. Some candidates may be asked to provide additional materials. This semesters internship is offered for academic credit only.
Communications
Interns in this position will be responsible for a variety of duties related to communicating the ACLU of Georgias work to the public with the focus on content creation. Examples include creating video projects and graphics for social media mainly TikTok and Instagram. Interns should have an interest and strong background in video editing design social media marketing and writing for a digital audience.
