The ideal candidate is highly creative detail-oriented and skilled insocial media marketing graphic design and content development. This role also includes overseeingmenu updates and guest-facing graphicsto ensure consistency with our brand identity.

Responsibilities for Senior Marketing Manager:
- Develop and execute a digital-first marketing strategyto increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and manage contentfor social media platforms including Facebook Instagram TikTok YouTube Twitter and Pinterest.
- Design and overseeguest-facing graphics including menus signage promotional materials and in-venue digital content.
- Work closely with designers and content creators to developvisually appealing engaging and shareable asset or both digital and physical spaces.
- Overseedaily social media activity including posting community management and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute social media ad campaigns including budget allocation targeting and performance analysis.
- Ensure timely and accuratemenu updates aligning with seasonal promotions and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
- Trackkey social media metrics and analytics providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date withtrends algorithm changes and best practicesto keep our social presence competitive.
- Develop and manage asocial media content calendar ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor brand sentiment and online conversations responding appropriately to maintain a positive brand image.
- Work with internal teams to alignsocial media efforts with promotions menu changes and seasonal campaigns.
- Test and optimize content for maximum reach engagement and conversions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for the Senior Marketing Manager
- BA in Marketing Communications Graphic Design or related field preferred.
- 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and graphic design.
- Strong knowledge ofsocial media platforms algorithms and advertising tools.
- Proven experiencegrowing engagement and brand presencethrough digital marketing.
- Skilled incontent creation copywriting and storytellingfor social media.
- Experience withAdobe Creative Suite Canva or similar design tools.
- Strongdesign and layout skillsfor guest-facing graphics and print materials.
- Highly organized with the ability tomanage multiple platforms design projects and deadlines simultaneously.
