About the Role:

The Senior Salesforce Lead Developer will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions within an Agile (Scrum) environment. This role requires extensive hands-on Salesforce development experience and leadership in designing secure scalable and high-performance solutions on the platform.

The selected candidate will participate in solution design development documentation troubleshooting peer reviews and production support ensuring deliverables meet the teams Definition of Done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Aura Components and Apex Triggers.
  
• Implement solutions using both code-based and declarative (no-code) configurations including Flows Process Builders and Workflow Rules.
  
• Participate in Agile (Scrum) ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of assigned user stories.
  
• Perform technical analysis solution design coding testing and documentation.
  
• Support multiple Salesforce environments including development test and production.
  
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve defects.
  
• Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols such as OAuth.
  
• Participate in on-call support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of Salesforce experience including:
  
• Apex programming
  
• Visualforce pages
  
• Apex triggers
  
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  
• Aura Components
  
• Strong experience implementing solutions using Salesforce configurations (Flows Process Builder Workflow Rules).
  
• 8 years of SDLC experience including coding standards change control and version management.
  
• 8 years of experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementations including:
  
• Classic to Lightning upgrades
  
• Data migrations
  
• System integrations
  
• 3rd-party application integrations
  
• Custom development
  
• 8 years of experience implementing OAuth authentication protocols.
  
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 JavaScript jQuery REST & SOAP web services JSON XML.
  
• 8 years of experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-prem systems using standard and custom REST APIs.
  
• Experience designing secure and high-performance architecture on the platform.
  
• Prior experience working with a State Government client (Mandatory).
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience with DevOps technologies CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools such as Flosum Git.
  
• 2 years of experience creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
  
• 2 years of experience working in Agile software development environments.
