Drive the future of automotive mobility by designing high-performance computing platforms for a global automotive leader. This senior technical role focuses on developing reliable base software (BSW) and leading critical system bring-up for next-generation vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Core Development: Design and implement BSW components including BSP MCAL bootloaders and OS services.
- System Integration: Lead board bring-up HAL integration and low-level driver development while resolving complex hardware-software interactions.
- Quality & Strategy: Drive improvements in diagnostics automated testing (CI/CD) and software quality through static/dynamic analysis.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor engineering teams lead tech stack selection and guide strategic launch plans.
- Collaboration: Partner with hardware teams on component selection and interface with third-party vendors for stack tuning.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10 years in BSW development with a track record of bringing systems to mass production.
- Technical Mastery: Expert in C C Java and HTML5 with deep knowledge of RTOS and embedded architectures.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong grasp of ISO 26262 functional safety vehicle EE architectures and HPC software.
- Education: Bachelors in Computer Engineering or related field; Masters preferred.
